SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Most orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 3PM Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3PM or on the weekend and select holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.. Customer service is available for any questions 11am-6pm Monday-Friday.

  • Orders placed over $100 will receive FREE ground shipping within the Continental U.S.

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS

Incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages

  • International orders placed over $225 will receive FREE shipping

  • International flat rate fees: Canada $23. Anywhere else $25

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages

RETURNS

DOMESTIC

We make it easy!  Ready 2 Mingle accepts returns on full priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original packaging in its original condition. Returns must be received within 7 business days from the date of the delivery. All accessories and bodysuits are non-refundable.

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • ready 2 mingle reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 7 day return period. If you return an item that does not meet our requirements you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you. Ready 2 mingle will not be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

  • Items received after 30 days will not be accepted

  • You are able to exchange or receive store credit. Please present your receipt at the time of the exchange. We do not offer refunds at the stores for any online purchases. For refund of online purchased merchandise, you must send by mail to the address provided below.

  • Ship your return through an insured traceable carrier, as Ready 2 Mingle cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  • Please include a copy of your receipt in the box indicating the item you wish to return.

  • An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Ready 2 Mingle.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Ready 2 Mingle).

  • During the holidays of Christmas and Hannukah, we offer 14 days for return/exchange policy. Happy Holidays!

  • If you receive the wrong items or damaged items please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Returns must be received within 14 business days of delivery date.
