RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment at [email protected].

Returns Procedure:

Please note our policy, which is also found on our website. We DO NOT give refunds under any circumstances. Returns are allowed up to 7 days from the day it was received. Items received after 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days.  Please note that the purchaser is responsible for ALL shipping charges. Ready 2 Mingle Clothing does not supply return labels. Returns must be in original condition and original invoice.

ready2mingle.bigcartel.com will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ACCESSORIES (I.E. JEWELRY, HATS, BAGS, SOCKS), BODYSUITS AND SWIMSUITS.

STORE CREDIT(good for up to 1 year) within 14 days from the day it was received.

Please note if an item is marked cancelled on your receipt, it is because the item is sold out. You will not be charged for any canceled items.

Please be sure to include your order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The order ID can be found on the top of the invoice. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit; Ready 2 Mingle cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.

FOR EXCHANGES: CIRCLE THE ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED ON THE INVOICE, INCLUDE REASON; IE: FIT, NOT AS APPEARED ON WEB, COLOR, ETC. AND INCLUDE THIS INVOICE IN THE SHIPMENT.


Delivery

Usually takes about 1-2 business day for us to process your order. As soon as we've verified all of your information, your order will ship and we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. Please Note: If your order contains a pre-order item, it will not ship until the pre-order item becomes available. If you'd like to receive the in-stock items in your shopping cart sooner, please place your pre-order separately.


DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA): If you receive an item that is damaged and would like to submit an item for DOA review, you must do so within 24 hours of receipt of your order by e-mailing [email protected] The e-mail MUST include your order number, item description, contact info and images of the item(s) that are being submitted. Upon receipt of your submission, Ready 2 Mingle will review and advise approval status within 48 hours. If

approved, you must send the item(s) back, complete with the original packaging, tracking and insurance through your carrier of choice within 48 hours. Ready 2 Mingle will then initiate the claims process with the appropriate carrier responsible for the damage and you will be issued a store credit for the item(s). Your store credit will come in the form of an EXCLUSIVE coupon code that will be good for one use and be valid for one full calendar year or until you use the coupon code (whichever sooner). If you opt out of the store credit option, Ready 2 Mingle will process your refund within 3-5 business days after the DOA process of your item(s) has been completed. Your refund will be sent through the same payment system that you ordered your item(s) and an e-mail notification will be sent to the contact information provided. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please do not hesitate to email us.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL: Applies to all next day shipping orders that requires an exchange

If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is return to the store the customer will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the items (not including shipping) shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for providing the correct address during check out. Customer will be contacted once the package is returned to see if they want the item reshipped, if the item is reshipped the customer will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping charges. NO EXCEPTIONS If you do not see your country at checkout please contact us via email.

Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events; there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
